We are, generally speaking, too hard on ourselves. Sure, I’ve met women who were actually too easy on themselves, too quick to avoid responsibility or painful truth. But the vast majority of the women I know are far too quick to pile on self-blame and shame. A key to living a more satisfying life is to be kind to yourself. And here are four ways to do just that:
