New Year’s Health Resolutions
So, we’ve all resolved to live healthily in 2013, right? Eat less sugar, work out, join a gym, follow a diet.
Before you do anything else, read the book You on a Diet by Dr. Oz. I read this book and found it to be extremely helpful. In fact, a large part of my 20 pound weight loss last spring is due to this book. The authors explain about the chemical processes of eating and weight gain and weight loss. They give many helpful tips on controlling appetite and how to work with your body instead of against it. Also, they include a workout that is easy to do, easy on the joints, and still challenging.
Don’t go on a fad diet, or pay an organization to feed you. Just get this book (store or library), and see what kinds of ideas you get on how to work with your own body!
