Life Coaches work with individuals who don’t need therapy, but do need an objective confidante who can help them overcome obstacles. You’ll leave every conversation feeling calm, competent, and cared for.

It’s easy to feel like you’re the only person who feels a certain way, but one thing I’ve learned over and over is that we have a lot more in common than we realize. I may not be familiar with your unique situation, but our feelings tend to be universal.
You will be safe.
I strive to create a judgment free zone in every class, retreat, and conversation. As a coach, I focus on your strengths and accomplishments, and I help you to see your successes more clearly. I also help you find ways to learn from defeat and overcome obstacles. I never force anyone to share, and if you don’t want to answer a question, you won’t have to.
How does it work?
We’ll set up a phone call or a face to face meeting. You’ll get my undivided attention for a full hour. As the client, you’ll drive the conversation: choosing what issues you want to discuss and work on. We’ll set between 2 and 4 SMART goals in every conversation. As a coach, I ask questions designed to give you new insights and epiphanies into your situation.
We’ll meet as often as once a week to as infrequently as once a month. Conversations will be on the phone, via Skype, or in person.
How much does it cost?
Our initial conversation is free, because we will be determining our compatibility.
Once we’ve decided to work together, each coaching conversation is $75. You can pay at each session via cash or check, or you can prepay for multiple sessions to receive a discount!
