By now you know, setting boundaries is a very individual task. It all has to do with you: what your priorities and responsibilities are, what your goals in life are, what your needs are. I can’t give you five boundaries that will change your life. At least not in a blog post!
But I can give you three steps to take to improve your boundaries, so here they are:
- Read Boundaries by Cloud and Townsend.
- Whenever you worry, ask yourself: “Is this truly my responsibility?”
- Schedule a coaching session with me.
